                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TEMPORARY 
                   CLOSURE OF A PORTION OF AMNICOLA HIGHWAY 
                   MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN ON 
                   SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 5, 1992 FOR THE 
                   PRESENTATION OF "THE CHOO CHOO 5K RUN" UNDER 
                   THE SPONSORSHIP OF THE MARY WALKER 
                   HISTORICAL AND EDUCATIONAL FOUNDATION UNDER 
                   CERTAIN CONDITIONS.
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is authorized the 
       temporary closing of the the southbound curb lane of Amnicola 
       Highway between Chattanooga State Technical Community College and 
       the north entrance to the Chattanooga Riverpark on Saturday, 
       September 5, 1992 from 7:15 a.m. to 9:15 a.m. for the purpose of 
       conducting "The Choo Choo 5K Run" under the sponsorship of the 
       Mary Walker Historical and Educational Foundation provided that 
       the sponsor shall set out and pick up all flasher barricades, 
       traffic cones, and traffic signs in accordance with the traffic 
       control plan attached hereto and shall provide, at all times, an 
       access lane for emergency vehicles.
